Our Exceptional Reputation
Why Do Exceptional CPARS Ratings Matter?
CPARS, or the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System, is a U.S. federal government system that rates a contractor’s performance on a scale from Unsatisfactory to Exceptional. To receive an Exceptional rating, a company must consistently exceed contractual requirements, provide significant benefits to the government, and demonstrate a high level of quality in areas like cost control, schedule, management, and regulatory compliance. This is especially noteworthy as the government requires detailed justification for any rating above Satisfactory, making Exceptional ratings rare. Typically, 51% of government contractors receive a Satisfactory rating. Only 10% receive an Exceptional rating. Cloudburst is honored to be able to say we have been awarded multiple Exceptional ratings, year after year.
A company that has maintained this level of performance has not only met its obligations but has gone above and beyond to support the government’s mission, showcasing a dedication to excellence and a strong commitment to its clients.
