Request for Qualifications: Fair Housing Training Consultant

Cloudburst is currently working in partnership with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the re-launch of the National Fair Housing Training Academy (NFHTA) designed to build the skills and experience of the next generation of fair housing professionals. The Academy will provide basic and advanced training delivered via a variety of online learning formats and eventual in-person training opportunities. We are looking for fair housing expert consultants with experience engaging, connecting, and training staff funded under HUD’s Fair Housing Initiatives Programs (FHIPs) and/or Fair Housing Assistance Programs (FHAPs).

Do you have experience training or building the capacity of fair housing professionals and stakeholders on current issues and topics using a variety of in-person, group, and remote training solutions?

Do you have experience developing tools and guidance that assist fair housing professionals in doing their jobs more effectively?

If so and you are interested in consulting with Cloudburst as an NFHTA instructor, please respond to this Request for Qualifications no later than March 31, 2021 with the following information:

1. Brief biography that details your experience in fair housing and training on fair housing in particular. Be specific in the kind of trainings and topics that you would be comfortable training on to a national audience.
2. Availability—average # of hours you could be available per month.
3. Fully loaded hourly consulting rates for 2021, 2022, and 2023.
4. Resume.
