USAID awards IQC to Cloudburst under the Strengthening Tenure and Resource Rights (STARR) program

LANDOVER, Md., Aug. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) awarded an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to Cloudburst Consulting Group, Inc. on August 2, 2012. The contract was the sole award to a small business by USAID under the Strengthening Tenure and Resource Rights (STARR) program.

This award provides Cloudburst with the opportunity to compete with other award winners for Task Orders issued under the IQC, which has a combined ceiling of $700M, and includes a small business set-aside.
