Senior Data Analyst

Niki Deininger specializes in data analysis and visualization of grant program data from HUD reporting systems and databases. She supports Cloudburst’s federal work with HUD’s Office of HIV Housing to manage, validate, and develop reports on grantee data for the Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) program. As a technical assistance provider, she has developed guidance and resources published on the HUD Exchange and presented during HUD-sponsored webinars on topics related to the eCon Planning Suite within the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS). Ms. Deininger has also worked with state and local grantees to analyze data and interpret trends in the development of Consolidated Plans and fair housing reports.

Ms. Deininger holds a B.A. in International Affairs from Skidmore College and an M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
