Junior Administrative Analyst
Larry Czeponis is a Junior Administrative Analyst working within the Housing and Community Development practice area, specifically with Cloudburst’s Homeless Assistance Team. Larry provides project support for the development of technical assistance programs for HUD-funded initiatives and for direct engagements with state and local government clients and other stakeholders.
Mr. Czeponis has experience with the implementation of federal projects and initiatives. In his time as an intern with U.S. Senator Bob Casey’s office, he helped solve constituents’ problems by coordinating with federal agencies to address constituent issues.
Larry graduated from Susquehanna University with his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International studies with a focus in diplomacy.
