Fair Housing Training Coordinator
Katie Frawley-Clarke is the Training Coordinator for the National Fair Housing Training Academy (NFHTA) in The Cloudburst Group’s Housing and Community Development practice area. She works with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other project teams on NFHTA to further educate and train fair housing practitioners across the country.
Most recently, Ms. Frawley-Clarke was the Director of Fair Housing Enforcement at CNY Fair Housing (FHIP) in Syracuse, NY. While there, she investigated allegations of housing discrimination and harassment, coordinated housing tests, advocated for individual clients, and advanced vital systemic changes in the community. In her various roles, she found a deep passion for advocacy, housing equality, social justice, and civil rights.
Ms. Frawley-Clarke holds a B.S. and M.A. in Communication and Rhetorical Studies from Syracuse University.
