Junior Research Analyst
Holi Raparaoelina is a Junior Research Analyst within the Global Development practice area. She supports research, data cleaning, and project management work across evaluations and assessments. Before Cloudburst, Ms. Raparaoelina worked at KEIPhone, a startup in Uganda aiming to bridge the digital gender gap in rural Africa, in collaboration with the W&M Digital Inclusion and Governance lab to help create and implement an RCT research design evaluating the impact of smartphone access on female economic empowerment. She has also conducted independent research in digital development and women’s empowerment, examining how innovative technologies can accelerate inclusive economic growth in Sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on Mozambique and Kenya’s digital economies.
Holi graduated from William & Mary with a BA in Economics and a minor in data science.
