Community Development Analyst
Brent Destouche is a Community Development Analyst who works within the Housing and Community Development practice area. He supports the management of cooperative agreements with the United States Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for technical assistance projects.
Mr. Destouche has over eight years of experience managing HUD CDBG-DR funded projects. He also has expertise in subrecipient management and compliance with HUD CDBG-DR regulations and federal cross-cutting requirements.
Mr. Destouche has a master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in government administration and is a certified Project Management Professional.
