Breah Dean (she/her) lives in Los Angeles, California with her partner and two cats, Sabi and Mojito. Ms. Dean has a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and dual Bachelor degrees from the University of Michigan in Organzational Development and Romance Languages & Literature. Ms. Dean has an extensive background in education, training, and developing learning agendas, including during her time as a Fulbright Fellow in Colombia teaching English as a second language at la Universidad Nacional.
Ms. Dean’s work experience includes managing the implemention of USAID and DOS private sector lead economic growth activities in Africa, Europe, and Asia. She has contributed to the development and implementation of agriculture policy, value chain assessments, organizational capacity strengthening of SMEs and private sector associations, tourism development and promotion, and mitigating push factors of out-migration from the Northern Triangle.
