The LER II award highlights Cloudburst’s strong capabilities that tie together rigorous Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) work with our innovative approach to communications. We are skilled at conducting mixed-methods evaluations from helping sharpen evaluation frameworks/theories of change to overseeing firms to data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and publication. We also offer on-site and remote training and technical assistance to build capacity of partners and grantees.
These capabilities include assistance with performance analysis, data-driven strategic plan development, facilitating local data validity review and data cleaning, training of enumerators and on-site field management for data collection, training on research, evaluation, and monitoring methodologies, and building and managing online data storage platforms. Reflecting back results of research, evaluation, and monitoring for the end audience is a core tenet of our research framework. We devise innovative methods to interpret and visualize data in a culturally competent manner and bridge research and practice. We are also skilled at writing for peer reviewed journals, presenting at conferences, and highlighting research findings in communication products including newsletters, informational videos, and blog posts. This approach of seamlessly integrated MEL and communications allows us to provide data-driven analyses of LER findings in a dynamic and accessible manner.
