The Cloudburst Group is proud to announce new funding under the FY2024/2025 Community Compass Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Program for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This funding supports HUD’s grantees to advance data-driven decision making and implement effective and compliant housing, homelessness, community, and economic development programs.
Under this funding, all of us at Cloudburst are looking forward to continuing our work helping communities better address and mitigate the risks and impacts of responding to disasters, infectious diseases, and emergencies, while helping these communities better mitigate risks for vulnerable populations, including the homeless, into the future. Cloudburst will also help communities enhance community infrastructure, expand economic opportunities, and expand affordable housing opportunities tailored to the needs of low- and moderate-income persons while ensuring that HUD-funded properties do not have adverse environmental or health effects on end-users. Cloudburst’s passion-driven staff stand at the ready, offering innovative solutions and helping communities advance investment planning via data-driven and evidence-based strategies aligned with HUD’s strategic goals.
