Junior Data Analyst
Tyler Hoyle is a Junior Data Analyst in The Cloudburst Group’s Housing and Community Development practice area. As a part of our HUD Community Planning and Development contract, Ms. Hoyle works at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD) in the Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS). Ms. Hoyle works closely with HUD databases such as e-SNAPS, ESG, and Title V to provide analytical support to SNAPS.
Ms. Hoyle graduated from Pitzer College with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Media Studies. She has extensive experience researching the needs of underrepresented communities as well as working with alternative social intervention programs. Some of her experience includes teaching weekly writing and empowerment workshops at a rehabilitation center for women dealing with traumas and working as a research assistant on a project centered on gentrification and incarceration in Washington D.C.
