Tarik Labuda is a Junior Analyst in The Cloudburst Group’s Housing and Community Development practice area. He provides administrative support by managing the United States Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD’s) cooperative agreements and tracking budgets.
Mr. Labuda has experience working overseas in Cameroon, where he designed and implemented capacity-building projects as a Peace Corps Agriculture Extension Volunteer. He has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity chapters in Washington, D.C. and New Jersey.
Mr. Labuda is currently studying international affairs in a master’s program at American University.
