Ross Terry is a Junior Analyst in The Cloudburst Group’s Housing and Community Development practice area. He works in coordination and logistics with a range of homeless assistance and housing programs. As part of these projects, he supports programatic research to aid communities on Technical Assistance assignment. Mr. Terry also supports administration efforts for Cloudburst’s HCD division.
Mr. Terry recently received his bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in International Studies and History. While in Baltimore, he became interested in urban development issues and their intersection with modern history, politics, and policy.
