Rachel Bloom is a Junior Analyst in the Cloudburst Group’s Housing and Community Development practice. Ms. Bloom provides project management and technical assistance support for grantees and subgrantees of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development programs. Ms. Bloom’s background is in GIS and open data. Ms. Bloom has years of experience conducting research in the nonprofit sector and advocating for a more open and transparent government. She has collaborated with local governments in the United States and Canada on issues and policies pertaining to the effective application of data and technology.
Ms. Bloom holds a B.A. in Geography and International Development Studies from McGill University.
