About: The Cloudburst Group launched and managed USAID’s first Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Land Tenure and Property Rights in 2015. The course has become a signature training for the agency with a second course offered in 2016 and a third planned for early 2018. Over two years, the course has trained 3,567 registrants and distributed 476 certificates. The MOOC was featured in the United States first National Action Plan on Responsible Business Conduct in 2016 and when compared to in-person trainings has saved the client over $3,000 per certificate awarded.
