Project Description

Management and Redesign of LandLinks

Period of Performance: May 2013 – July 2018

The Cloudburst Group has managed U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)’s Land Tenure and Property Rights website, now LandLinks, since 2012, including a website redesign and rebranding in 2016, updates to technology, content management, and analytics support, resulting in over 200% increase in traffic over the four years that Cloudburst has managed the website. The goal of the redesigned site is to provide a one-stop hub for information on USAID’s land programming which features blogs, issue briefs, project information, country profiles, tools, and other materials showing the results, challenges, and lessons from USAID’s efforts to improve land and resource governance for all members of society. The increase in traffic to the portal is largely due to a combination of communications activities that drive traffic to the site, including search engine optimization, technology upgrades, expanding digital channels to include targeted email, social media, and online events.
