John Dwyer is an Analyst on the Communications team of The Cloudburst Group’s Land Tenure and Natural Resource practice area. Mr. Dwyer works on the USAID-funded Evaluation, Research and Communications program – a $20M five-year program designed to create, expand, and communicate evidence-based knowledge around land tenure and property rights best practices.
Specifically, Mr. Dwyer develops content for a variety of formats, including web and print, social media, infographics and op-eds. He also manages USAID’s Land Tenure and Property Rights Portal, provides IT and French translation support, and assists in the production of various communications products including newsletters, infographics, and videos.
Prior to joining The Cloudburst Group, Mr. Dwyer worked as the Senior Communications Coordinator for the National eHealth Collaborative, a public-private partnership with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC). He also served as an Community Development and English Education Peace Corps volunteer in Mongolia’s Southern Gobi province.
