Joel Remigio is an Analyst in The Cloudburst Group’s Housing and Community Development practice area. Mr. Remigio helps communities develop systems of care for people in need of homelessness prevention or homeless assistance services, using data collection and analysis as the foundation for planning, maintaining, and improving these systems.
Mr. Remigio is an experienced social services administrator and facilitator. Prior to his arrival at Cloudburst in 2014, he worked for nearly 10 years at the Homeless Services Network of Central Florida in Orlando, FL, where he served as a Project Manager responsible for both the long-term strategic planning and the day-to-day operations of the community’s Homeless Management Information System. Having previously served for 8 years as a Behavioral Health Referral Specialist at the Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ, Mr. Remigio possesses a unique understanding of privacy issues involved in working with difficult-to-serve client populations.
