Period of Performance: September 2018 – September 2019
The Cloudburst Group is coordinating with GSA’s Office of Strategic Communications (OSC) and relevant teams within the GSA structure to establish a content strategy, audit and update key areas of the GSA website, and improve access to information through improved website search functionality. This effort is aligned with and supports achievement of four of GSA’s major strategic goals: 1) Establish GSA as the premier provider of efficient and effective acquisition solutions across the Federal Government; 2) Make it easier to do business with the Government by simplifying processes and streamlining access for our customers and suppliers; 3) Improve the way Federal agencies buy, build, and use technology; and 4) Drive more efficient and innovative Government procurement of technology services. By improving the usability and usefulness of acquisition and small business information on GSA.gov, Cloudburst is working to make it easier and more efficient for customers to do business with GSA.
