Mr. Benjamin Sturm is an Analyst in The Cloudburst Group’s Housing and Community Development practice area. His primary responsibilities include providing technical assistance to state and local grantees, developing materials geared towards adult learning, and working with communities to build their capacity to efficiently administer housing and community development programs.
Mr. Sturm holds 6 years of experience, both private and public sector, in the housing and community development field specializing in project management, community engagement and environmental compliance.
Starting as an AmeriCorps*VISTA, Mr. Sturm began his experience in local government coordinating programs focused on homeless services, community revitalization and affordable housing. Through his experience, Mr. Sturm gained extensive knowledge in conducting environmental reviews for federally funded activities. Mr. Sturm now specializes in the production of environmental compliance content and assists responsible entities on the development of their internal process for how to conduct their reviews.
