Ross Terry is a Junior Analyst in The Cloudburst Group’s Housing and Community Development practice area. Ross works in coordination and logistics with a range of homeless assistance and housing programs. He also supports research and administration efforts for Cloudburst’s HCD division.
Ross recently received his bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in International Studies and History. While in Baltimore, he became interested in urban development issues and their intersection with modern history, politics, and policy.
