Dr. Jonathan Sherwood oversees The Cloudburst Group’s management of data collection and analysis for US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program. He works as part of our Housing and Community Development practice area to provide direct support to communities across the country with planning and implementing special needs and homeless housing programs, with a particular focus on compliance, monitoring, and grant management.
Dr. Sherwood directed all housing programs for a Boston, MA sheltering organization for three years, including two family shelters, transitional, and permanent housing. For over a decade, he provided technical assistance across New England for HUD’s AIDS housing program grantees and authored a compliance guide for the HOPWA program. He has worked for two decades in the homelessness and AID housing field.
