Jamie Taylor, Ph.D., is a Manger in The Cloudburst Group’s Public Health and Housing and Community Development practice areas. Dr. Taylor directs data analytics work for public health and housing programs, supporting local and state leaders in developing a culture of evidence by creating data dashboards and visualization tools that support cross-sector data-driven decision-making.
Dr. Taylor has over 25 years of public health experience, helping stakeholders envision new paradigms with system-transforming data tools and training. She provides data sharing, performance measurement and data visualization subject matter expertise to SAMHSA’s Service Member, Veterans and Families TA Center, HUD regional and state Continuums of Care, and the Office of Women’s Health HIV Prevention Project. Dr. Taylor also participates in evaluation and research projects, recently completing an evaluation on the impacts of time-limited housing assistance on housing stability in Philadelphia and a Medicaid impact study in Washington D.C.
